The chicken was not properly cooked, very chewy and I also got some fatty skin in my food.

Food is great yet the process of getting it needs a lot of improvement. We placed the order with the app and there was no information on when it will be ready, i called about 20 mins later to get an estimate and the person on the phone seemed like he just found the order....he told.me 20-30 minutes for ot to be ready ??? 20 mintes later i go and pick our order up - food is luke warm at best. Needless to say - i did not had to wait the extra time and the restaurant seem like they are not very clear what happens with the orders. I think 50 mintes for food to be ready on an empty restaurant is ridiculous.

I really enjoyed the 2 main dishes (Tardka Dal & Chicken Saag) w/ plain Naan. A friend had the Tandoori Chicken Tikka and said it was OK but not great. Will be back to order dishes again!

With a mixup of the BM location (closed for renovation), the order was fulfilled by the San Carlos St location after a longer wait. Food was freshly prepared and tasty with a freebie dessert.

This place a local favorite for take out Indian. The spice is good... not too hot, but medium hot as standard. Order mild if spicy food is not your thing.

So happy to have found Punjab Cafe, an Indian restaurant who delivers. The food here has been excellent and we'll keep ordering from them as long as they deliver. One little problem, not with the food or service, is that we live very close to their 4 mile delivery radius, and if I order via my mobile, everything is great, but if I use the online ordering system from their web site, it tells me we're too far away for delivery. Google maps say we live 3.9 miles from them, so the non-mobile order system is just wrong. Otherwise, love this place!!
